I Can’t Hear You
w/ Daisy Grenade, Sleeping With Sirens, Peirce The Veil
Last night at the Highmark Skyline Stage at The Mann in Philly, fans were treated to an unforgettable evening of emo, pop-punk, and post-hardcore energy as Pierce the Veil brought their "I Can’t Hear You Tour" to town — joined by Sleeping With Sirens and Daisy Grenade.
Daisy Grenade: Punk Energy Meets Playful Rebellion
Opening the night was Brooklyn-based pop-punk duo Daisy Grenade, who came out swinging with high-octane energy and catchy hooks. The two-piece tore through some of their recent fan-favorite tracks, including “Guts” and “Riot,” and added a surprise twist with a fun and edgy cover of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Taste.” One standout moment was their tongue-in-cheek murder ballad “How to Hide a Body.”
Sleeping With Sirens: Nostalgia Fueled Mayhem
Sleeping With Sirens followed, hitting the stage to a wave of deafening screams. Frontman Kellin Quinn wasted no time launching into the set, and the band delivered a mix of new material and classics that longtime fans were dying to hear. While they only performed one track from their latest album, they more than made up for it with emotional crowd-pleasers like “If I’m James Dean, You’re Audrey Hepburn,” “If You Can’t Hang,” and “Do It Now, Remember It Later.” The energy in the crowd was electric — with a sea of crowd surfers showing just how hyped the audience was for every scream, riff, and breakdown.
Pierce the Veil: A Triumphant Return to Philly
As the lights dimmed, Pierce the Veil made their entrance in true form, walking out to Vicente Fernández’s iconic “El Rey” — a powerful nod to their Mexican heritage. The roar from the crowd was immediate and deafening. They launched into “Death of an Executioner” from their latest album, setting the tone for a blistering set full of emotion, energy, and passion.
The band's stage presence was unmatched — fans screamed every lyric, surfed every beat, and held nothing back. As the final notes rang out and the band walked offstage, the crowd wasn’t ready to let go.
And they didn’t have to.
After a massive chant for an encore, Pierce the Veil returned to deliver not just one, but three encore songs: the explosive “Disasterology,” the heartfelt “Hold On Till May,” and the grand finale — the anthem “King for a Day,” joined onstage by Kellin Quinn himself, bringing the night full circle and sending the crowd into a frenzy.
This show was everything Philly fans hoped for — a night of nostalgia, high-energy performances, and emotional singalongs. Each band brought something unique to the table, and Pierce the Veil proved once again why they remain icons in the scene.
If you were there, you know the magic of the night. If you missed it — make sure you don’t next time.
